E125 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Gichingiri Kuria and (2) Irene Njambi Kuria Ngendi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Mukuhi Kuria, who died on 26th October, 2021.
