TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th April, 2024 CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2023 By Charles Kamau Kibe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Ndere, who died at Gaichanjiru, on 30th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By James Mwangi Gatheru, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Gatheru Kuria, who died at Githumu A.I.C., on 4th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
