TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2023 By (1) Daniel Njagi Njoka and (2) Samuel Gacoki Njoka, both of P.O. Box 29, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Mwaniki, who died on 14th February, 1988. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Jane Njoki Murigu, of P.O. Box 12, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Murigu Ndiga, who died at Thumaita, on 31st December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
