CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2024 By Lacygin Kadievi Mudhzaih Agesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sham Mudhzaih Agesa alias Sham Mudhzaih Agesa, who died at Mbale Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2023. CAUSE NO. 68 OF 2024 By (1) Christopher Isigi Buluku and (2) Kenneth Alumasa Atiavila, the deceased’s son and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Asuza Buluku, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 13th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2024 By Rosemary Karigara Malavi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rona Vulimu Lisamula, who died at Emanda Sub-location, on 3rd May, 2006.
