TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Emboi Agwona and (2) Kenneth Vuhugwa Ojieny, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manase Agwona alias Manasseh Agwona Vuhugwa, who died at Lyaduywa Sub- location, on 19th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2024 By Florence Migide, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Aduma Aluga alias Peter Aluga Aduma, who died at Kigama Sub-location, on 24th April, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
