E245 OF 2023 By (1) John Opiyo Adam and (2) James Abich Opiyo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Opiyo Abonyo, who died on 10th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By Jared Oketch Amollo, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Amolo Manyala, who died on 25th May, 1982. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By John Kiringa Ombewa, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekiah Ombewa Odhiambo alias Zedekia Ombewa Odhiambo, who died on 26th June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
