CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2023 By Fanuel Meshack Okelo, of P.O. Box 2104–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Otiende Agengo alias Funuel Otiende, who died at Nyahera, on 5th August, 1996.
