TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2023 By Ayub Okuto Ongany, of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okuto Ongany alias Juma Ong’any, who died at Got Nyabondo, on 5th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2023 By (1) Joam Waswani Ogango and (2) Festo Olang Ogango, both of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Ogango Olare, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 10th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
