E143 OF 2023 By Colleta Achieng Rakula, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Masiga Obuyu, who died on 1st August, 1982. CAUSE NO. 251 OF 2023 By Nicodemus Otieno Mwanga, of P.O. Box 22–40605, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwaga Kisimba alias John Mwanga, who died on 30th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. 287 OF 2023 By George Ogowo Ofuko, of P.O. Box 16, Ukwala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adura Sinabwora alias Ofuko Sinabuara, who died on 19th September, 1993.
