CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Wanjiku Mwaura and (2) Simon Wainaina Mwaura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura ole Kiriampu, who died at Kimana, on 29th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Kadidi ole Kilangisa and (2) Samuel Melita ole Kilangisa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilangisa Parit, who died at Entonet Sub-location, on 30th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Lydia Resiato Sendela and (2) Evaline Siyian Lesinko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Sendela ole Lesinko, who died at Olchoro Sub-location, on 22nd June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
