TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Betty Samuel Kenga, (2) Juliet Charo Mupwathe, (3) Josephine Tabu Beja and (4) Florence Khasyala Ligami, all of P.O. Box 12–80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Beja Mudzomba, who died at District Hospital, Msambweni in Kenya, on 18th September, 1995. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Ali Baya Mbaji, of P.O. Box 80–80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndune Mbaji Ndune, who died at Kawala Village, on 26th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette..
