TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By Fredrick Mburu Mwangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Mwangi Kariuki, who died at Mpeketoni School, Baharini, on 20th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By David Mugoro Mainah, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wangui Muchoki, who died at Mpeketoni, on 23rd June, 1998. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Marietta Kalekye Mwania, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwania Mulinge Somba, who died at Mpeketoni School, on 3rd April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
