TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2024 By John Michael Otieno, of P.O Box 144, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieno Kangara Kudundi alias Otieno Kududi, who died at Budalanga, on 9th January, 1981. CAUSE NO. 210 OF 2024 By Newton Hezron Bwire, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Juma Bwire, who died on 23rd August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
