E13 OF 2024 By (1) Daero Fugicha Kalla and (2) Abdub Fugicha Kalla, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fugicha Kalla Guyo, who died at Nairobi, on 27th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By Yusuf Mwangi Murigu, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hadija Salim, who died at Nairobi, on 6th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By (1) Twahir Mohamed Nuru, (2) Jamila Nuru Mohamed and (3) Ayisha Nuru Mohamed, all of P.O. Box 48784–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nuru Mohamed Abditam, who died on 4th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
