IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 44 (2) (b) of the County Governments Act, as read together with all other relevant provisions of the law, and upon approval by the County Assembly of Kisumu, the Governor, Kisumu County appoints— HESBON OWUOR HONGO to be the County Secretary, Kisumu County, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 7th November, 2024.
