THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Faraj Bin Awadh Al-Abdi (deceased), of P.O. Box 84867–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold of all that piece of land containing 0.1026 hectare or thereabout, known as Mombasa/Bolock XI/267, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
