REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Otieno Magotsi (deceased), of P.O. Box 47408– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1629 hectare or thereabout, known as Plot No. 6009/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 23930, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
