REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rufash Githinji, (2) James Kuria Kamau and (3) Jairo Nyuthe Kimenju, are the directors of Bright Minds Holdings Company Limited, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the Kiambu County, registered under title No. Tinganga/Anmer Block 1(Mugumo Nyakinyua)/644, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
