REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Maina Munyoro (ID/9857072), is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.03 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc. 7/Ichagaki/3912, and whereas Amica Sacco Limited through its statutory power of sale have sold the land through public auction, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect.
