REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Omukongolo Abwao (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Marama/Shiatsala/338, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Court in Succession Cause No. 98 of 2017, has issued a grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Stephen Musumi Omukongolo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier Omukongolo Abwao (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R. 39 and L.R. 50 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Omukongolo Abwao (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
