REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alubisia Shitsa Lisutsa alias Alivusia Shiasama Lisutsa (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.P. No. Idakho/Iguhu/1953, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Court in Succession Cause E772 of 2023 has issued grant of letters of administration to Solomon Mutsoli Alubisia as administrator, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Alubisia Shitsa Lisutsa alias Alivusia Shiasama Lisutsa (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alubisia Shitsa Lisutsa alias Alivusia Shiasama Lisutsa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
