THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Ndungu Ngethe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Sigona/424, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. 13 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration to Amos Ngethe Ndung’u, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said James Ndungu Ngethe (deceased) has been reported as missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A.39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to the Amos Ngethe Ndung’u and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said James Ndungu Ngethe (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
