GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14709

WHEREAS Francis Gichuru Ihiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.812 hectare or thereabouts, known as Magutu/Gatei/1181, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Principal Magistrate Court at Karatina in Succession Cause No. E105 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to (1) James Muraguri Gichuru and (2) Christopher Mithamo Gichuru as the administrators and (1) Mercy Mumbi Gichuru, (2) Christopher Mithamo Gichuru, (3) Duncan Ngoto Waihenya and (4) Rosaline Wangari Mwangi as beneficiaries, and whereas the green card issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (1) James Muraguri Gichuru and (2) Christopher Mithamo Gichuru as the administrators and (1) Mercy Mumbi Gichuru, (2) Christopher Mithamo Gichuru, (3) Duncan Ngoto Waihenya and (4) Rosaline Wangari Mwangi as beneficiaries, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Gichuru Ihiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
