REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Silas Ngotho Gaciri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.54 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Mwerua/Gitaku/526, and whereas the Court at Embu in succession Cause No. 94 of 2009, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Stephen Githinji Ngotho (ID/3663150), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Stephen Githinji Ngotho (ID/3663150, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Silas Ngotho Gaciri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
