GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14713

WHEREAS Johana Nyaga Kiura (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngandori/Ngovio/4580, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in 8th November, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE Succession Cause No. E215 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to (1) Beth Njeri Nyaga and (2) Daisy Murigi Johana, and whereas (1) Beth Njeri Nyaga and (2) Daisy Murigi Johana have executed an application to be registered as propriaters by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in favour of (1) Beth Njeri Nyaga and (2) Daisy Murigi Johana, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Johana Nyaga Kiura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
