THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Maina, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.41 hectare or thereabouts, known as CIS Mara/Olelelshwa/25507 situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the parcel of land was previously registered to Meirriapei ole Lanke, and whereas the said Meirriapei ole Lanke claims that he never sold the said parcel of land to Francis Maina, subsequently the transfer from Meirriapei ole Lanke was procured through misrepresentation and without following the known laid transfer of land procedures hence on outright fraud and whereas several notices have been issued to Francis Maina to surrender the said land title deed but have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to revert the said land back to the rightful and lawful owner Meirriapei ole Lanke and upon such the land title deed issued earlier to Francis Maina, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
