REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipchoge arap Maritim (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kapsuser/732, situate in Kericho County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kericho in Succession Cause No. E15 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Sarah Chebet and (2) Evans kiptoo Bett, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipchoge arap Maritim (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to the said (1) Sarah Chebet and (2) Evans kiptoo Bett, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipchoge arap Maritim (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
