THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Musimu Buture (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.86 hectares or thereabout, known as Bugumbe/Isebania/444, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Migori in Succession Cause No. E11 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to Fredrick Robi Musimo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Musimu Buture (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Fredrick Robi Musimo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Musimu Buture (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
