THAT an order be and is hereby issued directing the Respondents being the respective registered owners of Motor Vehicle Registration Nos. (a) KBW 872T—Toyota Fielder Chasis No. NZE121 - 3387623; (b) KCP 586S—Toyota Rumion Chasis No. NZE151 - 1099307; (c) KCZ 988R—Toyota Prado Chasis No. TRJ150- 0030218; (d) KCW 236E—Toyota HZJ79R Van/ Pick-up Chasis No. JTEBB71J70-4002285; (e) KBH 208Q—Mitsubishi Fuso Chasis No. FK628K- 540246; and (f) KCC 510B—Toyota Station Wagon Chasis No. ZRR70- 0081800. to deliver, hand over or surrender the said Motor Vehicles, their ignition keys and logbooks to the Applicant within seven (7) days of service of the orders of this Honourable Court; 3. THAT an order be and is hereby issued authorizing Mr. Mohamed Hussein, being a police officer attached to and working the Assets Recovery Agency to seize or take possession of Motor Vehicle Registration Nos. THAT an order be and is hereby issued directing the Director General, National Transport and Safety Authority to register a caveat against the records of Motor Vehicles Registration Nos. (a) KBW 872T—Toyota Fielder Chasis No. NZE121 - 3387623; and (b) KCP 586S—Toyota Rumion Chasis No. NZE151 - 1099307; (c) KCZ 988R—Toyota Prado Chasis No. TRJ1 50- 0030218; (d) KCW 236E—Toyota HZJ79R Van/ Pick-up Chasis No. JEBB71J70-4002285; (e) KBH 208Q—Mitsubishi Fuso Chasis No. FK628K- 540246; and (f) KCC 510B—Toyota Station Wagon Chasis No. ZRR70- 0081800. 5. THAT there be no orders as to cost. 6. THAT the order shall subsist for a period of 90 days from the date of their gazettement aa per section 84 as read together with section 83 (i) of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act Chapter 59A of the Laws of Kenya GIVEN under my hand and the Seal of the Court this 17th October, 2024.
