NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of law of Kenya, to the owner of vehicle reg. No. KCC 872D, to collect/take delivery of the abandoned motor vehicle lying idle and unclaimed at premises of Donholm Earthmovers and Tractor Hire Limited, Outering Road, to collect within thirty (30) days from the date of publication and upon payment of all repair and storage charges totalling KSh. 700,000 as at the time of this advert, advertisement, auctioneers charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction without any further notice to the owner and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding repair storage and other accrued charges.
