NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, Cap. 38 of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Senior Principal Magistrates Court at Shanzu law Courts, under miscellaneous case No. E218 of 2024 to the owners of the motorcycles, motor vehicle and tuktuk at Kadzandani Police Station, within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers, Mombasa, shall proceed to dispose of the said motorcycles, motor vehicle and tuktuk by way of public auction on behalf of Kadzandani Police Station, if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
