NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Chief Magistrates Court at Shanzu law Courts, under miscellaneous case No. E217 of 2024 to the owners of the motorcycles, motor vehicles and tuktuks at Nyali Police Station within seven (7) days from the date of this publication, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers, Mombasa, shall proceed to dispose off the said motor cycles, motor vehicles and tuktuks, by way of public auction on behalf Nyali Police Station.
