NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 798, in Volume DI, Folio 282/1808, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Videlis Hakeem Nyarigoti, of P.O. Box 36, Nyambunwa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Videlis Motobwa Nyarigoti, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Videlis Motobwa Nyarigoti, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Videlis Hakeem Nyarigoti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Videlis Hakeem Nyarigoti only.
