NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1844, in Volume D1, Folio 412/1794, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Jacinta Njoki Kuria, of P.O. Box 1667– 00902, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jacinta Njoki Mugo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jacinta Njoki Mugo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jacinta Njoki Kuria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jacinta Njoki Kuria only.
