NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1216, in Volume D1, Folio 204/3439, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Eve Wilson Githiaya, formerly known as Evelyn Wambui Wahogo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Evelyn Wambui Wahogo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eve Wilson Githiaya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Eve Wilson Githiaya only.
