WHEREAS Janet Abisi Simion (ID/24124500), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0870 hectare or thereabouts, situate Kajiado County, registered under certificate of lease No. Ngong Township Block 2/305, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
