WHEREAS Esther Nyambura Kinyuru, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in the Republic of Kenya, being a personal representative of Kunyuru Kiarie (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.202 hectare or THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th April, 2024 thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc. 2/Mariira/2272, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
