REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Odero Otiende (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/3701, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magstrete’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 100 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of Joab Omondi Ondik, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Joab Omondi Ondik, and whereas the land title deed issued to Odero Otiende (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Odero Otiende (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
