THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Munene Theuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0405 hectare or thereabout, known as Kiambu Municipality Block 5 (Kiamumbi)/2014, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. 166 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Esther Wambui Wangombe and (2) Purity Nyaguthi Wangombe, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Munene Theuri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to the said (1) Esther Wambui Wangombe and (2) Purity Nyaguthi Wangombe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Munene Theuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
