THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martha Wairimu Gitau alias Marita Wairimu Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.4 acres or thereabouts, known as Ngenda/Kimunyu/178, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E234 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Francis Githinji Gitau, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Francis Githinji Gitau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Martha Wairimu Gitau alias Marita Wairimu Gitau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
