THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kio Njoroge alias Kio Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.234 hectares or thereabout, known as Chania/Mataara/2724, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. 151 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Stephen Nganga Kio, of P.O. Box 1772, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Stephen Nganga Kio, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Kio Njoroge alias Kio Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
