PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on the 22nd March, 2024, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated in Lafaley neighbourhood, within Wajir County. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the County Physical Planning Officer, Wajir and Kotulo Ward Administrator’s Office, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. 5th April, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 365, Wajir, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representations or objections shall state the grounds on which they are made. Dated the 25th March, 2024.
