TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicle: KCB 287W (Toyota Rav 4) currently lying at the warehouse of Transafrica Motors Limited, along Enterprise Road at Transafrica Building (Showroom), Nairobi, to take delivery of their motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Delivery is subject to payment to Transafrica Motors Limited of all outstanding repair costs, accumulated storage charges, costs of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction by Icon Auctioneers, Tembo Co-operative House, 3rd Floor, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 40781–00100, Nairobi, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners. Dated the 18th March, 2024.
