NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1194, in Volume D1, Folio 43/364, File No. MMXXIV-B, by our client, Mary Wangari Chege, of P.O. Box 264– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Sylvia Wangari Chege, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Sylvia Wangari Chege, THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th April, 2024 and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Wangari Chege, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Wangari Chege only.
