IT IS notified for information of the general public that in the exercise of the executive powers conferred upon me by Article 179(4) of the Constitution, sections 30 and 31 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 51 (2) (a)–(i) of the Vihiga County Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, 2014, I, Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo, Governor, Vihiga County, have appointed the persons whose names are specified in the First Column of the Schedule below to be members of the Vihiga County Alcoholic Drinks Control Enforcement Co-ordinating Committee pursuant to the provision of the Act specified in the Second Column under the category specified in the Third Column for a period of three (3) years effective from the date of this notice. The Committee shall be responsible for the functions assigned by section 52 of the Act.
