Box 12428– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Irene Wanjiku Nyaga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Irene Wanjiku Nyaga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Irene Wanjiku Njogu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Irene Wanjiku Njogu only.
