Box 125, Nandi Hills in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Simon Ngecu Ng’ang’a, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Simon Ngecu Ng’ang’a, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sammy Ngeshu ole Ng’ang’a, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sammy Ngeshu ole Ng’ang’a only.
