APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 8 (1) (e) of the
Nairobi International Financial Centre Act, the Cabinet Secretary for
the National Treasury and Economic Planning, appoints—
JAMES AGEMBE AKALI
to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Nairobi International
Financial Centre Authority, with effect from the 29th November, 2024
up to the 19th January, 2026.
