REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shadrack Wesutila Mabonga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as S. Malakisi/N. Kulisiru/232 and 826, situate in Bungoma County, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Sirisia in Succession Cause No. 2 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Joyce Musuya Wesutila, (2) Dorothy Nelima Wesutila and (3) Levi Kisongochi Wesutila, and whereas the said land title deed is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument and upon such registration the said land title deeds issued earlier to Shadrack Wesutila Mambonga (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
