WHEREAS Magret Mutusia Wangera, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Bukira/Bwisaboka/1695, and whereas Magret Mutusia Wangera has applied for the removal of the caution lodged by (1) Emma Kavindu Mutua (ID/10925208) and (2) Christina Gati Rioba (ID/6603675), notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to remove the said caution provided that no objection has been received within that period.
